Saegertown High School Alumni Association, Inc.

Specific Need

Currently, the Saegertown High School Alumni Association offers one-time scholarships to graduating seniors from Saegertown High School.  In the last few years, the Association has seen a significant increase in the number of scholarship applications.  This highlights the additional need as costs of pursuing education after high school continue to rise.  The Association needs additional funds to create additional scholarships for deserving seniors and to create multi-year scholarship opportunities.  

Mission

The Saegertown High School Alumni Association is dedicated to providing financial assistance to graduates of Saegertown High School who intend to continue their education in a college, technical school or trade school who require financial assistance to accomplish that goal.

Profile

Since its formation in 2011, the Saegertown High School Alumni Association has awarded more than $100,000 in scholarships to graduates of Saegertown High School.

The Association is governed by a volunteer board of directors.  The directors are elected by the members of the Association and are all graduates of Saegertown High School.
