FCV Mid-East Little League is raising funds to purchase quality equipment and to maintain low player registation fees for our local youth.

Mission

The mission of FCV Mid-East Little League is to implant firmly in the boys and girls of our community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority, so that they will be well adjusted, stronger and happier boys and girls and will grow to be decent, healthy, and trustworthy adults.

Profile

FCV Mid-East Little League provides a supervised ball program under the rules and regulations of Little League Baseball International.  All officers and members bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is of prime importance.

First chartered in 1971, FCV Mid-East is the the biggest league, in area, in Pennsylvania District 1, serving the rural townships of East Mead, Richmond, Randolph, Athens, Steuben, and Troy in Crawford County, as well as townships in Venango County.  Our league starts with a tee ball program for children ages 4-6.  Players then move on to the minor league program which is broken down into a coach pitch division (ages 7-8) and a player pitch division (ages 9-10).  Major league is for ages 11-12, and the junior league is for players age 13-14.  In the last few years, we have been actively growing our program to allow for the players to get the most out of the recreational ball season.
